What Happens If An Indoor Soccer Match Is A Draw Or A Tie?

When the match ends with the scores of both teams equal, that is how it ends and both teams will share the points. Therefore this is the same concept of an outdoor league. There may be some cases in cup matches or tournaments when a winner needs to be declared and then a few different techniques are used to determine the winner:

  1. A penalty shoot out.
  2. Extra time.
  3. A contest that sees the goal keeper of one team play against a player from the opposing team. The outfield player has one chance, with a time limit, to score against the keeper. This goes on for a certain amount of time before the winner is declared. This is an uncommon feature in South African Indoor Soccer.

Do We All Need The Same Colour Shirt?
